In our company policy, You can return any bought devices or products as long as they have not been used or opened and that they are in their original condition as they were received from us.

For defective products:

When you receive incorrect or defective product or the product have been damaged by the carrier, contact us at support@derma-deals.com and you will receive a return label per Email! We will bear the return fees!

For customer remorse:

When you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, the fees are borne by you and are deducted from the value of the returned product!

Return window extension:

 During the following holidays, the return window is extended! 

- 30.12 - 31-12 : the return window is extended until 08.01 


Please note that:

- You can exchange or return the purchased product within 7 days of the purchase.

- The exchange or refund process takes up to 10 working days.

- They are no restocking or return shipping fees.

 

Cancellation Policy

In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by contacting us per email at support@derma-deals.com. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, your order falls under the returns policy stated above. Please see the cancellation right section in our terms and conditions.

 

Your statutory rights are not affected.
